Your Massage...
This is your massage. Time you have set aside for yourself.
This is your massage. Time you have arranged for your self, your sanity, and your wellness. I am only here to serve you,
your private guide to the experience you and your vessel seek. It is my goal to provide you with a unique massage
experience, one that is catered to provide you the most benefit for your personal life style. Here are some helpful tips to
get the most of your “Massage by Buster”.

Prior To Meeting
If this is the first time we have worked together please take time to fill out the “About You” page at least one day before
our appointment. This is not required for massage. But guest receive more benefit from my massage when I know more
about them. Communication is the key to achieving the most benefit from your massage.  The more I know about your
typical day, activities, and stressors the more defined my massage techniques will be in targeting active and potential
fatigues when working with you. All information shared is confidential and only used for your massage preparation, such
as music, lighting,  technique choices and health issues. It’s all about you! Sharing this information prior to meeting is up
to you.
Drink plenty of water the day before. Do not drink to much water the day of and before the massage, at least not to the
point you may not make it for two hours without urinating.
Personal hygiene is important so prepare for a massage by taking a warm (not hot) shower.
Please try not to wear scents, cologne, oil, medications or other lotions or creams on the skin. Some chemical reactions
could result from the mixing of my oil and other chemical properties and possibly burn our skin.
Try not to eat a heavy meal before an massage.
Use the restroom before the massage.

When We Meet
If you’re a First Time Guest we’ll enjoy a brief conversation when you arrive. I will introduce you to our surroundings. We’
ll discuss information we have shared and get to know each other for a few moments. I will also have you fill out a
“Consent to Massage” form. Any information shared in the “About You” page will already be on the form for your review
and consent.  This form is confidential and is only required for your first visit with me.  (You’ll be on the table within 15
minutes.)

If you are
Returning Guest… Come in, say hello, get comfortable, let go….
No forms or long conversation. We just pick up where we left off in treatment on the last visit. If you have pain or
concerns… then a brief conversation is warranted to address any change.

Getting Comfortable
To drape or not to drape… This is up to you. Most of my clients, all being men, are comfortable enough with me to not
use draping. For those that are modest I provide a towel or sheet for your complete privacy and comfort. I only expose
the area I am working in when draping is used.
There is a bathrobe and slippers for your use should you need to use the restroom at any point during the massage.

There is a dressing room, with light, mirror, cabinet, suit butler, and jewelry box, where you can undress privately. (Using
the jewelry box will remind you what you came in with.) I understand that this is your time and only suggest that your cell
phone be turned silent so you can completely disconnect from the world for two hours.  But if for any reason you need to
monitor your calls during the session please feel free to bring the phone to the table with you. It will not disturb me or
my work. I work with several business men that come to “sound decisions” during massage. Others are stealing
moments for themselves but have to stay connected. And some of you guys just can’t let go…  It’s all good, and you are
in great hands. This is your time… I’m here to enhance your ability and challenge your potential.
While you undress, I will adjust the lights and start the music.
When you are comfortable you will be asked to lay on your back, on the table. I do 90% of my massage with you in this
position. (Face Up) This is more comfortable than having your face in a face rest developing sinus and cervical spine
discomfort.
You will be asked if the lighting and volume is adequate.
At this point you have only one responsibility.

Be Nurtured…
Use relaxing breathes… visualize a “happy place”… like an island, a lake, or a sunset. Allow yourself to let go… of the
stress, the pain, the world. Or allow yourself to latch on to the great thought, idea, or solution… Massage is a powerful
tool in the right hands!

I have shared many experiences of massage which have resulted in various reactions such as chills, flashes, weeping,
crying, laughing, sleeping, snoring, sleep talking, erections, and conversation. This is your massage and I want you to
enjoy it… let the body do what it needs to do.

This is time set aside for you. If you wish to ask questions during your session, please feel free to do so. If you prefer
silence, that's fine too. Be aware that during some types of massage some level of communication is required to provide
you with the desired outcome. But, do not feel obligated to carry on a conversation during the massage unless you
desire conversation. That being said, a little feedback about pressure, trigger points, or an occasional "sigh" about how
you are doing is always welcomed.

For the next hour and forty five minutes you will experience a Massage By Buster…

Signing Off
At the end of the massage I will sign off by letting you know I am finished. You will be asked to rest there briefly before
rising and standing. It is only natural that there be some sort of body reconfiguration to take place when you stand. Use
good posture and hold a comfortable Posture Cautious pose and hold it for thirty seconds.
While you are doing that I will be adjusting the lights.
Use the dressing room to privately redress. (Checking the jewelry box for items left there.)

After Your Massage
Hydrate after your massage session with plenty of water (enough to make your urine clear).
Your body weight in ounces is recommended on a daily basis, this is even more important
after a massage. Most people who feel achy the day after a massage do so because they either
forgot or ignored my reminder to drink plenty of water in the 48 hours after the session. If you
don't drink enough water, you may feel worse the next day, like a cold was coming on or very
fatigued. This just means that your body is still cleansing itself and needs water to do so.
